Training and higher education
Siedle is considered to offer an exemplary training program. An extremely well equipped department with three full-time training staff is dedicated to cultivating the skilled workforce of tomorrow. And the career perspectives are equally good: Siedle prefers to appoint its own up-and-coming trainee generation to its management positions.
Degree Plus
From the summer of 2012, Siedle will be offering a course entitled Degree plus Electrical Engineering in association with the University of Furtwangen. The new course combines vocational training and the study of electrical engineering, and allows candidates to complete two vocational qualifications in one: The Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Technical Informatics and the vocational qualification "Appliances and Systems Electronics Engineer".

Candidates will require a university entrance qualification and a training placement contract with Siedle.
